Series
A Series is a named stretch of time that StarCards uses to group and measure your performance. Think of it like a sports season: your record for that stretch. At the end of each series, the system generates a Stat Card summarizing your activity and results.
Series types
StarCards creates five series types automatically:
| Series | Period |
|---|---|
| Daily | Each calendar day |
| Weekly | Monday through Sunday |
| Monthly | Calendar month |
| Seasonal | Calendar quarter (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec) |
| Yearly | Calendar year |
You don't create or name series yourself — they're generated by the system and always running.
What gets tracked
Each series accumulates your stats over its period: games played in StarCatcher, win rate, catch quality (Flare, Nova, Supernova, Galaxy), RAD score, and your streak at the time the series closes.

Where to see them
Open the Stats view from the bottom navigation. Your series appear with aggregate performance data and a RAD score breakdown. When a series ends and its Stat Card is generated, it moves into your Archive alongside your regular cards.
When series close
- Daily series close each night.
- Weekly series settle the following Wednesday — when any unplayed StarCatcher games are auto-simulated and that week's Stat Card is generated.
- Monthly series are generated early the following month.
- Seasonal series are generated early in the new quarter, and Yearly series early in the new year.
Stat Cards are generated automatically — nothing for you to do.
